A small crossover trial in 10 adults compared a tongue scraper with a toothbrush. Both removed tongue coating; the scraper reduced measured odor-related sulfur compounds more in that study.

How to use & care for your tool
Make tongue care your opening step, then brush with your chosen toothpaste. Use your cleaner according to its supplied directions, rinse after use and allow it to dry.
Easy to care for: wash your cleaner after use, rinse and dry thoroughly. Follow the supplied care instructions for your specific design, including any permitted dishwasher cleaning. Dishwasher cleaning is not sterilization.
