Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and have any original seals intact. Contact us with your order number before sending anything back.

Once your return is received and inspected, eligible products are refunded to your original payment method. For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage and original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Opened or used oral-care products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Received a damaged, defective or incorrect item? Contact us promptly with your order number and photos where possible. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping. The unopened-product restriction does not apply to these issues. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

These terms apply to purchases directly from Bright Whites Oral Care. For Amazon, Walmart or other retailer purchases, use that retailer’s return process. Buy with Prime orders follow the applicable Buy with Prime return process and terms.
